Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation

a. At urocare.co.in, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in notifying us promptly.

2. Cancellation Fees

a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice as described in section 1 above.

b. Failure to provide adequate notice or failing to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification may result in a No Refund .

3. Exceptions

a. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur. In cases of emergencies or circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation.

b. We will consider exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

4. Refunds

a. If you have prepaid for your appointment and are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. No-Show Policy

a. A “no-show” is defined as missing an appointment without prior notice or failing to attend a scheduled appointment.

b. In cases of no-shows, No refund would be processed, and future appointments may require a prepayment or deposit.

6. Changes to Appointments

a. If you wish to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.
